- NOTE 1: The registration desk will be open each day of the conference from 8:30 to 9:00. The registration desk will be located close to lecture hall HS 2 in the main building. When entering TU Graz using the main entrance you have to go downstairs.
- NOTE 2: Regular papers presentations will be allocated 20 minutes (15’ presentation + 5’ Q&A), whereas spotlight presentations will be allocated 10 minutes (10’ presentation).
- NOTE 3: In order to minimize the time spent for preparing the next presentation, please send your slides until 18.10.2016, 9 p.m., to inica@ist.tugraz.at or to Kathrin.Juhart@joanneum.at or please be in the meeting room (Rechbauerstraße 12, 1st floor) before 9 a.m.
